Develop our demand generation strategy, and roll up your sleeves up for setting up, executing and following-through with target marketing campaigns generating leads with a strong interest in our product offering. Automate your marketing campaigns for scalability and repeatability with a strong toolset.

The Demand Generation Manager is a seasoned expert in developing and executing demand generation programs and continuously seeks opportunities for new approaches and optimization of existing campaigns. You manage your own budget, you proactively align with our sales and channel team and you are capable of doing thorough campaign analysis and reporting.

Overview of activities:

  • Define our overall inbound and outbound lead generation strategy
  • Create a time- and resource-planning for executing programs and campaigns
  • Define lead scoring and hand-over process to our sales team
  • Define KPI measurement and ensure it will be measured
  • Manage, develop and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Employ channels such as email, landing pages, LinkedIn, webinars, white papers and social media
  • Manage internal alignment, external agencies, and technical- and channel partners 
  • Ensure qualitative development and timely delivery of content
  • Analyze and report on the campaign results
  • Hand-over resulting leads for follow-up
  • Setup, monitor, and optimize a marketing automation toolset

The person we are looking for

The Demand Generation Manager is well-organized, structured and results focused. You are a team player, strong communicator and take creative avenues to maximize your results. You are able to define strategies and at the same time able to execute programs, both directly and where needed through 3rd parties. You understand the legal framework for compliancy such as data collection and privacy.

Profile of the person:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an international B2B technology company
  • Attracted to fast-growing organizations and capable of building a solid lead generation practice
  • Proven track record designing and executing winning lead generation campaigns 
  • Understand how to generate leads for both high-end markets (organizations > 20.000 employees) and mid-markets (organizations > 2.000 employees) - to be consumed by our direct and indirect channels
  • Good understanding of lead generation and marketing automation tools and CRM tools/systems
  • Analytical mind-set and hands-on attitude
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience in working with agencies, freelancers, and service providers
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Good understanding of relevant international laws with respect to data collection and privacy
  • Working experience within the Cyber Security domain (optionally)

Some important details

The Lead Generation Manager complements the Marketing team and reports to the Director of Marketing. You will liaise internally with others in the marketing team and other teams such as our Sales, Product and Fusion Center.

Regarding the contract:

  • Full-time or Part-time (minimum of 32 hours/week)
  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • Market conform salary and ESOP participation
  • Permit to work in the EU is required
  • Initially a 1-year contract with a 1-year extension
  • Location: EclecticIQ office in the city center of Amsterdam
  • 24 vacation days, based on full-time engagement
