EclecticIQ, founded late 2014, is an applied cyber intelligence technology provider that enables enterprise security programs and governments to bootstrap a threat intelligence practice. EclecticIQ is a privately held company headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and has offices in London and Chisinau (Moldova).


We are a small, highly professional company where every employee makes the difference. We currently employ about 55 FTE across four countries and are growing rapidly. To bring our HR organization to the next level we are looking for an HR Operations Manager, who will be independently responsible for the execution of HR transactions and the implementation of new HR processes. The HR Operations Manager will be part of the Finance/Legal/HR team and reports to the VP. 


Since the job includes frequent interactions with external parties who speak Dutch (advisors, insurance companies, etc.) it is essential that you are fluent in both Dutch and English.


You will be responsible for

  • Formalizing and executing daily HR processes (on- and off boarding, leave registration, etc.)
  • Acting as the point of contact for HR related questions from employees and management
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation in across different countries
We are looking for someone who
  • Has the ability and mindset to bring structure and to implement processes where needed, but also does not mind operational work

  • Loves to organize and administrate with the purpose to create efficiency and clarity

  • Has knowledge of labor laws- and regulations in the Netherlands and is willing to gain high-level understanding of foreign labor laws- and regulations (primarily in the U.K., Germany, France, and Belgium)

  • Operates with unyielding integrity

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English in speech and writing
  • 2 to 6 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improvements and simplify processes
  • Professional communication skills
