Due to the growth of our business in Government Sector worldwide, we are expanding the EclecticIQ Government team.

The opportunity 

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join us. You are the backbone of the Government Sector team, report to the VP Government Sector and work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Solutions team. Our (Federal) Government customers and prospects are based in Europe, Middle-East, Asia Pacific, USA.
As Inside Sales Representative your focus will be to:
  • support Government Sector mission in broad sense
    • support sales team in progressing opportunities towards sales
    • set up and participate in webcast/initial qualification calls together with sales executives
    • inside account management
    • contract management current customers
  • generate and nurture leads
    • desk research/lead generation; 1e follow up on incoming leads
    • pro-active outreach to new contacts
    • maintaining an up to date CRM administration
    • discover, create and nurture interests of prospective buyers
    • support marketing lead generation activities like mailings, webinars
  • support RFP’s, public tender processes
    • work on RFI/RFP responses that shape public tenders; work on public tenders
    • monitor online publications of new tenders

The person we are looking for

Skills and experience 

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience (Commercial/Business degree is a plus)
  • Two or more years’ experience in a similar role in Government Sector, preferably in Cyber Security domain
  • Good understanding of the Cyber Security market. (Cyber Threat Intelligence is a plus)
  • Experienced working in a technology environment
  • Ability to comprehend complex software offerings and sales cycles
  • Experienced working in an international environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. Other languages are a plus
