As a Release Manager you will help us raise the bar on our Release and Delivery process around products and services we're building.
You MUST have Engineering background.
You will lead our Delivery Team in order to release and deliver new versions of our products and services. Delivery Team is one of the Teams that consists of specialized QA, SRE and Release Engineers who are working both on implementing and maintaining CI/CD and automated release process along with related close efforts and tooling but also making our products and services more robust and stable.
On your journey, you will work closely together with Product and Technology Teams. As a leader you will also take part in Technology Leadership Team where we will drive Technology team strategy and practices.
We are working in an Agile way and have embodied DevOps culture and practices deep into our roots. We were born in cloud and still live there.
We are relying on Continuous Integration/Delivery to enable us toward fast and frequent release cycles and deliveries. Delivery Team governs Continuous Integration/Delivery as well as all release related automation so you will be in the place to work with a team of talented Engineers to get our CI/CD to the next level.
Our autonomous Feature Teams work toward planned releases governed by Product Management. There is a volatility and expected changes along this journey in order to deliver the best value so that we can make the best impact and ROI. We need you to play the role of the key facilitator by managing the scope, quality and timeline in a triangle of our Feature Teams, Product Management and Customer Success Team.
Security is very important for us so you will make sure that our PSIRT capability is embedded in all our processes and tooling.
