We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing department and to make an impact across various marketing disciplines.

Reporting to the VP Marketing, this role is responsible for planning, developing and executing programs that increase sales growth, and expand market share and brand awareness in strategic EMEA and APAC territories.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the marketing promotion mix, lead generation campaigns, with an understanding of the marketing lifecycle and focused on driving revenue and growth.


  • Manage local marketing resources and budgets efficiently;
  • Develop and implement new opportunity and pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales;
  • Localize & customize corporate marketing campaigns and replicate in the region;
  • Coordinate the entire Field Marketing activities in EU and APAC with your marketing colleagues;
  • Work closely with the EU and the APAC sales teams to develop marketing plans that align with corporate strategy and support sales objectives;
  • Forecast, measure, analyse and report on impact of marketing program;
  • Monitor lead follow-up and conversions to opportunities in order to build healthy pipeline in marketing automation tool;
  • Maintain a professional work relationship with our Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing and Product Management teams.


  • BSc or BA degree in Marketing or business related is preferred;
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology service space;
  • Experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and pipeline generation;
  • Experience in delivering regional marketing programs and ability;
  • Experience in CRM systems & marketing automation tools (Hubspot);
  • Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget;
  • Ability to align tactical plans with strategies;
  • Project management capabilities - driving projects from inception to completion;
  • Strong consultative marketing approach in order to effectively engage with sales;
  • A collaborative and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and can readily adapt to changing market and organizational requirements;
  • Excellent at multi-tasking and working with competing deadlines;
  • Ability to work with Senior stakeholders across sales and other business functions;
  • Experience building consensus with cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills are a must.
