The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for driving customer adoption of EclecticIQ solutions by managing initiatives based around business requirements, ensuring that best practices are outlined, become the customers trusted advisor, provide user education of product capabilities. The CSM will provide guidance to customers with up to date knowledge ensuring the best value from Eclectic IQ products. The CSM will maintain customer relationships with assigned customers and will be their escalation point for all issues that impact their success. The CSM will maintain strong working relationships with other EclecticIQ personnel in the Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product Management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the regional business and renewals;
  • Acquire a complete command of EclecticIQ products and Services;
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure that the design is implemented appropriately;
  • Work with the customers ensuring they are leveraging the whole solution and that the business requirements are met and return on investment is seen;
    Work directly with the customer to move from being a newly deployed customer through to sustainment;
    Create and develop a lifecycle plan and managing this plan from start to finish (when needed); 
    Understand the adoption level of EclecticIQ platform & services by performing Customer Success Evaluations & serve as a coach and trusted advisor to large and strategic EclecticIQ customers to ensure adoption;
  • Support pre-sales activities where required;
  • Conduct End-User workshops derive and disseminate best practices to help drive customer adoption of EclecticIQ products & services;
  • Drive quarterly business reviews and presents to all levels across the organization;
  • Successful and efficient cooperation with various internal teams;
  • Maintaining a professional work attitude in a highly client-facing role;
  • Ability and willingness to travel.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. College Degree or relevant experience;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; 
  • Customer Success Management, Project management or Sales Engineer experience and skillset;
  • Work experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Senior Support Analyst Administrator or end user of firewalls, IDS/IPS or SIEM is a plus;
  • Experience in general Security Consulting is a plus;
  • Strong presentation skills and credibility with C-level executives;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with good technical background and the ability to speak to engineers, developers as well as end users; 
  • Knowledge of enterprise level businesses and inner IT workings is an advantage;
  • Forensics and general security consulting a plus;
  • Prior experience working in startups is an advantage;
  • Ability to obtain UK SC (Secret Clearance) and being a UK National for a minimum of 5 years.
